K-PLAN TEL offers an array of services for both current and new customers:
• Upgrades:
With an array of NEC products available, we can facilitate connectivity between a half
dozen or a hundred phone lines. New NEC equipment is sold with a One-Year warranty, and used or refurbished equipment is backed by a 1 year warranty.
• Repairs:
Not all telecommunication systems require an entire upgrade. We have replacement
parts for NEC systems old and new, all of which come with a 180-day warranty. We maintain an
extensive inventory, and most of our repairs are completed in-house.
• Resale
If you are upgrading or replacing your telecommunication equipment, your older system
may have market value. Contact us to determine if your NEC equipment has residual value.
• Installation & Support:
For businesses located on Long Island, we offer installation and set-up for
your new NEC equipment. Additionally, live technical support from our NEC experts is available
to customers across the nation.
